Chose 4 outputs but only got 1

I set the number of outputs to 4 but the generation only returned a single image. Tried a couple of times on different models, same result. Anyone else seeing this?

Same here on one of the video models. It charged me for 4 but only showed 1 in the gallery.

@RunaAI Hi RunaAI! Most video models only produce a single output, and you should never be charged for more than what you actually get. If it billed you for 4, that is on us to fix. Drop us the generation or your email and we will refund the difference right away. Sorry for the mixup!

Hi LinaC! Thanks for flagging this. We looked into it, the number of outputs depends on the model, some support multiple and some only return a single image. We have made it clearer now, so the count you pick will match what the model can actually produce. Give it another go and let us know if anything still looks off!
