Credits are used to generate images, videos, and other AI content on Hey Made With AI. Each generation costs a certain number of credits depending on the model and settings you choose.

When you purchase any credit pack, you get 365 All Access. This means full access to all image and video generation models on the platform, including select apps, for one full year. No model is locked behind a higher tier.

Yes. Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after 12 months.

Some models have variable pricing depending on settings like resolution, duration, or quality. The range shows the minimum and maximum generations possible at that pack size. Click the info icon next to a model name to see what affects its price.

Yes. Simply purchase another credit pack at any time. Your new credits are added instantly to your account balance.

Any model works for beginners. We recommend starting with affordable ones like Flux Schnell (1 credit), Z-Image Turbo (1 credit), or SDXL (1 credit) to get a feel for the platform before using premium models.

Yes. Every new account receives 10 free credits on sign up, enough to try several image generations at no cost.

Refunds are available for failed generations or technical issues on our end. Credits that were successfully used to generate content are non-refundable. Contact hello@heymadewithai.com for support.
